Train For The Houston Marathon/Half & Other Major Races
Learn the sport of running or train for any race distance from the 5K to the marathon. Our Prime Season offers weekly Tuesday morning & evening interval workouts (track and hills), Saturday morning fluid-supported long runs and monthly Sunday morning trail runs.
Race training schedules are provided for all runners that start at their current fitness level and safely build mileage towards any race day distance from the 5K to marathon level. Train for our hometown Houston Half Marathon or Marathon in mid-January, or pick a race anywhere in the world, and we’ll help you get race-ready!
Every year, the entire In Flight team trains for over 30 various races across the United States and overseas. Members who don’t have race goals in mind run with us for fun and camaraderie, to meet new, fitness-minded friends, to improve their running or to use the sport as a means to get in great shape.
